Now that the drama is completed, can we talk about it?

I enjoyed the relationship between the residents and nurses, patients, and professors. Everything was in the right amount; everyone got their equal spotlight, making every story valid.

However, something keeps bothering me: the relationship between the main leads felt wrong.

Is it just me, or do you agree?
